What is Low Gluten?

Every care is taken with our low gluten products, and while they are made with gluten free ingredients, they are produced in a bakery that bakes many gluten containing goods. Because of this there is a risk of airborne flour contamination, and therefore unfortunately this product is not suitable for those with a severe allergy to gluten.
