This product is made using a recipe that does not include gluten ingredients. Although care is taken with our products, they are made in our bakery that bakes many gluten containing goods. Because of this there is a very real risk of airborne flour contamination, and therefore unfortunately this product is NOT suitable for those with a severe allergy to gluten.
